Weekly Reports
Week-level, decision-oriented call reviews per client: capture rate (booked vs bookable), a full breakdown of every call type with real examples, the soft-commit/booking-system gaps, and a ranked "what would move the dial fastest" section. Built so a reader gets the whole picture without having to ask follow-up questions. Complements the daily reports with a week-level view.

EAS
Capture has declined as call volume scaled (more shops live, more edge cases): 96% → 78% → 55% across the three weeks.
- Week of 2026-06-15 — 1,054 calls · 55% capture (61% incl. soft commits) · 204 after-hours · soft commits blocked by the AutoOps hard-commit gap · ranked dial-movers.
- Week of 2026-06-08 — 831 calls · 78% capture · 169 after-hours · full breakdown + calls by group & shop.
- Week of 2026-06-01 — 498 calls · 96% capture · 200 after-hours · EAS ramp-up week (6/01–6/02 sparse at 7 and 35 calls), so the rate sits on a small bookable base.
