Daily Reports
Morning call reviews, one per client per business day. Each report covers every call across the client's teams for the prior business day: topline stats, transcript-level review of all Unbooked calls and repeat-caller sequences, findings ordered by impact, and recommended actions split shop-side vs platform-side.
Source: Avoca production DB (call metadata, plus diarized transcripts with inline tool calls and results from calls.transcript_messages). Reports are written for any reader: client operators, Avoca engineering, and Lazer. Call IDs for every cited call are in a collapsible appendix on each report. (Reports through 06-14 were sourced from the Enterprise API; from 06-15 transcripts come from the DB, which exposes the inline tool-call payloads.)
Naming: daily-reports/<client>/YYYY-MM-DD.md, dated by the business day reviewed.
Reports cover a true calendar day (00:00 to 24:00 shop-local MDT), so the same call never appears in two reports.

- 2026-06-21 — Sunday: 79 calls, 48% capture (10/21 bookable); weekend availability + soft commits the drag.
- 2026-06-20 — Saturday: 116 calls, 68% capture (21/31 bookable).
- 2026-06-19 — Friday: 132 calls, 46% capture (18/39 bookable) — most booking intent of the week, lowest capture.
- 2026-06-18 — Thursday: 184 calls, 81% capture (21/26 bookable).
- 2026-06-17 — Tuesday: booking-integrity bug (agent booked a waiter request into a slot the tool reported unavailable, and wrote itself a "confirm with customer" warning), near-term availability empty across most stores, transfer bounce-backs
- 2026-06-16 — Tuesday (all Vapi): two AutoOps tool failures killed a live booking and a live cancel (caught inline), transfer bounce-backs, Ali Campbell called 7x in 5 min and threatened the BBB
- 2026-06-15 — Monday (~half ElevenLabs / half Vapi): Aurora Tower live transfers firing but never connecting, same-day availability empty at several stores, RSG waiter lane empty 14 days
- 2026-06-14 — Sunday: Ponderosa booking same-day slots and reciting the Centennial address (one customer drove to a closed store), cancel/reschedule lookup misses at 4 stores
- 2026-06-13 — Saturday: Centennial offered then retracted a same-day slot on a closed day, forward-then-redial persisted, owner-escalation complaint
- 2026-06-12 — Friday: transfer redials at 7 stores, availability lookup failed mid-booking on two ready-to-book Arapahoe customers, record lookups failing for returning customers
- 2026-06-11 — transfer connect gaps at 5+ stores, 2 bookable callers lost to flow gaps, quote requests with no path
- 2026-06-10 — transfer redials at 8 stores ("no one is answering there"), quote wall cost two stated defections, Aurora Tower has no path to a person
- 2026-06-09 — transfer redial loops at 6+ stores ("you keep sending me over there, but they don't answer"), 4 invisible appointments with duplicate-booking risk, 2 message calls with failed post-call processing
